SPED ADVOCACY

• Our representation service encompasses a comprehensive range of support. This includes liaising with the school, in-depth research on relevant laws and best practices, composing and responding to emails, having an advocate review your most recently signed IEP or 504 Plan, evaluating your current concerns, formulating goals, and creating a list of recommendations for discussion with the school. • We accompany you to the IEP or 504 Plan meeting, acting as your advocate during the process. • Post-IEP communication and consultation with the school team is part of our commitment to being with you every step of the way

COACHING

• Our coaching service is an exclusive arrangement between the parent and our advocate. This service can be utilized for various purposes, such as preparing for a pre-IEP or 504 Plan meeting, reviewing concerns and addressing areas of focus. • We offer support after the meeting to review the proposed IEP or 504 Plan before granting consent. • Our coaching includes education on different aspects of the IEP and the special education process, assessment reviews, addressing any concerns, and developing suggestion lists for parents. • Additionally, our advocates are available to offer support outside of attending the IEP meetings.

Coaching: $150 (1 hour)

SPED Advocacy fees are based on tiers. Your tier will be decided after the consultation.
